Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday joined Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, National Caretaker Committee Chairman of PDP, Senator Ahmed Makarfi, amongst others for a private birthday celebration in honour of the First Lady of Rivers State, Justice Eberechi Suzzette.
